HOW CAN WE MEET OUR DRIVER?

For the arrivals at the Train Station you will meet your driver at the platform gate , holding up a sign with your name on it.

 

WHERE DO WE MEET OUR DRIVER AT THE CRUISE TERMINALS?

At the NAPLES port you will meet your driver waiting for you coming out of your ship and walking outside of the terminal passengers.

 

IS NAPOLI CENTRALE AND NAPOLI PIAZZA GARIBALDI THE SAME PLACE?

Yes it is the same place, infact Napoli Centrale is the name of the train station where your train will arrive and it is located in the "Piazza Garibaldi".

 

HOW CAN WE MAKE A RESERVATION?

WHAT'S THE METHOD OF PAYMENT?

We don’t accept any Credit Card payments or pre-payments but only CASH IN EUROS at the end of each service according to the quoted rates.

 

DO WE HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Only to secure your reservation  we require a small deposit of 50 Euros payable by your CREDIT CARD via PAYPAL: 

 

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations will only be charged  if you fail to cancel your reservation  7 days prior to the tour service  date.
After that day, we have the right to debit the deposit of 50 Euros required when you booked the service for your excursion as a “no show fee”.

 

WILL WE BE CHARGED IN CASE THE SHIP WILL NOT DOCK AT THE ASSIGNED PORT?

In case your ship will not dock in the assigned port due from unforeseen circumstances we will be able to reschedule the tour from the new port of destination (in case you will dock in the same region) otherwise we will refund your deposit of 50 Euros and you will be not charged!

 

IS THE PRICE QUOTED ON SINGLE PERSON OR PER VEHICLE?

Our prices are not based on a single person but on the specific vehicle service.

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUT FEES AND WHAT IS NOT?

ENTRANCE FEES to the historical sites (Muesum or Archeological sites) and PRIVATE LICENSED GUIDES are not included in our fees.

The tour is very flexible so we do not follow a strict itinerary and if you have any suggestion we will be happy to satisfy it.

LUNCH and GRATUITIES are also not included in our fees. GRATUITIES (or TIPS) in Italy are  not included in the  official rates but they are always  appreciated Generally a good TIP range from 10% to 20%.

In OUR FEES are included PARKING, FUELS, TOLLS, TAXES and ENGLISH SPEAKING DRIVER for the day.

HERCULANEUM RUINS: 100 minutes
VESUVIUS: 80 minutes
POSITANO: 60 minutes
AMALFI: 45 minutes
RAVELLO: 45 minutes
SORRENTO: 60 minutes
PAESTUM (the Greek Temples): 90 minutes
CASERTA (the Royal Palace): 60 minutes
